Phi4Tech, an energy technology group with expertise in raw material mining and storage projects, owns Europe’s second-largest lithium mine and a nickel mine, along with the initiation of a large-scale storage and environmentally friendly capacitor plant project in southern Europe.
Unicorn RE, an international M&A business unit based in the UAE, will utilize its resources in the UAE and Europe to support the entry of these new energy businesses into the Spanish market.
